You need to replace the employee on this Sunday.Who worked the morning shift. Not only did it take me 20 minutes trying to order 2 subs.Because the app was having glitches and then even on the website.I couldn't pay with any card.I tried until I did Google Pay.So it's very frustrating. Then to top it off. When I place the order. The kid who was so eager to get off his shift. When my order came through, he took the ticket and just put it on the counter and walk to the stor to get his own stuff. I guess the poor girl who was coming in on that shift. Couldn't believe he just set the ticket down the whole point of ordering it online was so it would be ready for 10 minutes this kid.Just let it sit there. No care.\nNo concern, this poor girl had to try and rush to make my sandwiches for me.And she was so apologetic. I'm a manager in the hospitality field and that employee needs to go.

We had a woman employee named Brenda making sandwiches for my wife and kids and did a Awsome job, polite and courteous. But then the manager came in and started making my sandwich, did a terrible job, rude and disrespectful. I vote that manager be fired and that Brenda run the show if subway is interested in respect and profits...
