This location used to be my favorite, but in recent months, I suspect with employee changes, the service and food quality have taken a huge hit. Mistakes with orders are happening more frequently and quality of cleanliness is seriously lacking. Saw an employee go use the bathroom, come out and didn't wash their hands....just went back to playing on their phone. During my last visit, an employee dropped my wings on the counter and just continued to package them up. She didn't understand or speak English so I couldn't stop her or tell her I wasn't comfortable with eating food that had been dropped on the counter. The MOD very rudely insisted that the counters are food safe and wouldn't remake my order, even though they constantly lean on the counters, put the phones on the counters, scratch or play in their hair over the counters, etc. Anyway, if you're cool with rude service and eating dropped food prepared with unwashed hands, continue to patronize this location, but I think I'm done.

They can't follow simple directions. I asked for my wings to be fried for 21 min. The Incompetent manager LIED and told me they were. Got home and they still had the soft skin that I hate. That's why they have 3.9 rating. They DO NOT listen.

I ordered delivery from Wingstop and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The order arrived 30–40 minutes later than expected, and by the time it got to my house, the wings were cold and overcooked.
I was hungry so I tried to eat some of it, but it just wasn’t good. I ended up going to the store in person with what was left, hoping they could help or at least make it right, but I was told there was nothing they could do.
I understand that delays can happen, but the combination of late delivery, poor food quality, and lack of any effort to resolve the issue was frustrating. I hope management takes situations like this more seriously in the future.
