I used to come here often, but today (June 5 around 9:50 PM) I had a disappointing experience with the staff at the front counter.
The staff member taking my order (a man wearing glasses) came across as quite rude and impatient. I was speaking politely, but his tone and facial expressions made the interaction uncomfortable. It honestly felt like he was irritated while taking the order, which made me feel unwelcome.
I was also with my cousin, and even the people behind us seemed to notice and were reacting to the situation, which made it more awkward.
I understand that it can get busy and stressful, but basic courtesy and patience when taking orders is important. Not everyone has English as their first language, and a little understanding goes a long way.
I hope the management looks into this, because customer service really affects whether people want to return or not. I used to like this place, but this experience left a negative impression.

Food is very good and staff was friendly. Got a to go order and did not have to wait very long. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms.
