  I want to commend the staff at the Subway on Trinity Boulevard, located inside The Local Shoppe at the Shell station. The team is usually made up of all ladies, and they consistently provide outstanding customer service. The restaurant is always immaculately clean, and the vegetables are fresh every time I visit. The staff takes their time preparing each order and pays close attention to what you want. They are friendly, patient, and make you feel like a valued customer. They also do a great job explaining the menu, daily specials, and what comes with each meal. If you’re unsure about something, they are always happy to answer your questions without making you feel rushed. The excellent customer service, cleanliness, and quality of the food are the reasons I continue coming back. Thank you to this wonderful team for always making my visits enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

  I ask for cup of water the lady their do not want to give me, and she has cup on the counter All the chicken sandwiches 1 doller expensive They service the food in black plates page to save money Also their chicken sandwiches 2 dollers extra compared to any subway

  This is the best subway I have ever been to. The employees are good and nice. They will give extra veggies and sauce without giving a look. Idk why some people say employees are rude but most of the time I have noticed that it’s the customers who behave in that way. They scream and shout at them even when they reply politely. If you are looking for good and clean subway you should come here.

  This is the worst location of subway, the staff behavior is a nightmare. Today I went to have lunch and one of the staff was preparing bread and I told her that I have to go to work so If I can have my sandwich, she in angry way said you can't wait for 2 mins as I am preparing bread and I reply back that this is how you talk to your customers. Still her face was like someone was forcing her to work or she dsnt want to serve anyone. I have to leave without my lunch,I will not recommend this location to anyone.
