I need to ship multiple shipments and so I went in to grab some standard large boxes. They had 6 out for grabs and I asked for 8 more so I could go home and prepare the shipments. GARY said NO! They are free boxes and it's not like we wouldn't pay FedEx to ship!
I understand that I can order large quantities online but needed these now. Gary still said no and that it cut into their inventory. I asked for a manager, and he said she's not there today. I felt like this was personal.
I recently went into this FedEx office and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service provided by one of their employees. With Easter just around the corner, I found myself in a bit of a time crunch to get a box full of goodies delivered to my precious granddaughter.
Despite my late request, this employee went above and beyond to ensure that my package was shipped on time without charging me an arm and a leg. His professionalism and cheerful personality made the entire process enjoyable. He genuinely cared about making my granddaughter's Easter special, and it showed through his actions.
I truly appreciate the effort he put in to helping me, and it made a significant difference in my experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this happen! 💖💖

I shipped packages from this store years ago with no issues. Today was a different story.
Bald guy with glasses at the counter did not seem interested in helping me. I was the only customer in the store at that moment. I walked in with some AT&T equipment to return was going to show him the barcode they sent me to have scanned at FedEx or UPS and he says, "Nope, that's for UPS, we need an account number." I told them I don't really see an account number, and he didn't say anything back.
I told him fine, I'll just go to I need UPS and ship it there. UPS greeted and helped me immediately and got me out of the store in under a minute.

They have a self serve kiosk, which helps get you in and out fast. But - they will not put any FedEx letter envelopes out for folks to use. You have to ask for them at the counter. If there’s a line, you’ll be waiting. They said people take more than they need and they have to keep refilling supplies, so they make you ask for them. I’m at FE often, and the other offices around Dallas all have supplies out front. Having to wait in line for shipping supplies defeats the point of self serve kiosk. Better to go to a different location.

I came in to print a very import health document the employees here prioritized assisting everyone but me. I kepy getting an error message. I informed the clerk and he kept asking me if I had followrf the steps. I will never use this location again. A waste of my time and energy. Ladies do not go here and expect any assistance. The spanish guy was quite short natured and I felt rush even when asking my questions.
