I came in to pay my bill and initially had a positive experience with the sales associate who was helping me. She was professional, helpful, and courteous. All ways smiling. She had light brown hair.
Unfortunately, my interaction with another sales associate, who identified herself as Meranda and had black hair, was extremely disappointing. She came across as rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She never smiled, seemed annoyed to be there, and gave the impression that she hated her job. Customer service is an important part of any business, and her attitude made what should have been a simple visit very unpleasant.
I hope management addresses this issue, as one negative employee interaction can significantly impact a customer’s overall experience.
