  Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of parking available and a nice outdoor pool.

  We will definitely come back and stay at this best western agian! They have the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. Rene was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed when we checked in and was even out greeting everyone when we got up for breakfast! Desiree was taking care of breakfast and making sure everything was fresh and we could find everything we needed. It's not often that you go places anymore and the people actually seem happy to be at work and willing to help! We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again!

  Hotel muy básico. Mobiliario viejo y maltratado. Falta de mantenimiento de luces en la habitación. Cama bien. Sabanas y colchas limpias. Almohadas bien. Estacionamiento suficiente. Desayuno básico.

  Avoid this place at all cost and find somewhere better. Rooms are very dirty, staff is not helpful and they do not keep good amenities in the room. My wife had some red spots on her feet the next morning and said she felt itching and what felt like biting during the night. She couldn't see anything but immediately got in the shower and cleaned her body and feet off. She said she stripped the bed down and couldn't see anything but she has very clear red whelps on her left foot that have been itching nonstop. She went to the front desk to get help about something and he didn't even understand hardly what she was saying which doesn't help anything either. Just all around a very dirty place. This is usually where my employees stay when they go down to San Antonio for work and it will be removed from our list as well. You can find a better cleaner place where they actually understand you.
