  Mrs Noel is the best customer service representative I have encountered in a long time!💫 She was very patient. kind and professional. She didn't make me feel like I was a pest with all my random questions... She needs a raise cause her level of professionalism and patience is unmatched! People should take notes..   Extremely disappointing. The employee working today was very unpleasant, cold and unprofessional. If there was another place closer to print what I needed, hands down, would have gone there instead.

  This store is busy!! I just want to thank the kind lady that repacked the DVDs I was sending to my nephew. I had them in a Tito’s box and unfortunately that type of box is unacceptable to ship. Of course they have boxes and she diligently and carefully repacked the 007 DVD set that I was sending. Thank you! Thank you!

  In a world where good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I had a very pleasant and professional experience at the Elgin, TX UPS store. Not only did they walk me through some technical issues, they greatly improved the material that I needed to have copied and did it while I waited. I was also impressed with their prices. It was a great experience all the way around.

  Extremely rude and unhelpful. Edit: They responded to me saying Im lying and am just mad their systems were down and have since deleted it. Feels unprofessional to make assumptions about what my review is for, especially when your reviews are full of people calling out the same general rudeness to customers from the same 2 employees?? Its not because your systems were down its because me and my wife have visited the store 3 times and each time been watched by employees as we struggle with large boxes while employees sit staring, after having wasted our time. I chose not to leave a review after our initial bad experiences to give you the benefit of the doubt but it has now been 3 trips and 0 packages sent, and 0 decent customer service. Also if your systems are down, it helps to put a sign in the window or give a helpful alternative, and if you receive feedback, to listen and reflect rather than make assumptions and continue your trend of poor customer service.
