  This wingstop always sucks this specific location and the staff is always nonchalant i never had a good experience only kept coming because the food was ok but lately the food sucks too idk whats going on back there but its wrong my wings barely had any sauce

  I had an issue with my order and management quickly took care of the problem. I didn’t get her name but she was kind and understanding.

  I went and took my kids after we went to western playland last night to have some of my favorite wings at wing stop. The service absolutely horrendous did not get acknowledged when I went to the counter a couple of times. The honey bbq bonelss wings were swimming in bbq sauce! I needed an extra plate the employee turned around looked at me and did not say I’ll be right with you, simple returned to do what she was doing. Finally a few minutes later she decided to ask what I needed got my plate. Then when we were done I needed to go boxes, again got ignored, the employees looked at me and turned back around and ignored me again. I feel like employees need to be re trained on customer service because they were just laughing when they saw I was upset I work customer service and this is unacceptable. Don’t see myself recommending this wing stop to anyone! Very disappointed! And if I could rate no stars I would do it but it won’t let me post.
