  I ordered on the app it said it would be ready in 8 minutes. I figured it would take longer since it's football season. The app told us it would be ready in about 10 minutes after we ordered. We showed up about 5 minutes later and they tell us it's going to take 20 more minutes. We ask why in the app does it say it's ready then? Their answer... We need to put it as ready so we can take more orders! Why take more orders if you can't handle the ones you already have??? Food is always good but the process is not.

  Very disappointed. I placed my order an hour ahead for a scheduled pickup, but when I arrived, it was barely being made and wasn’t ready. When I asked for a refund, the manager had a terrible attitude and was very unprofessional. Poor service and poor management.

  The girl up front was useless and the food was cold. Took significantly longer than expected and was a waste of money and time. Avoid this location.

  We ordered food through DoorDash for dinner these are 2 different orders but for the same house. A tender meal combo a side of cheese fries, and a 10 piece boneless the cheese fries were very undercooked. There were very flimsy dad, no flavor they were disgusting they also looked like they were just blanched, not fried like they were rushed. The boneless wings. The mild didn't look like they were sauced at all also a tender meal a tenders swimming and sauce it looks like when you use the mixing bowl to mix the chicken and the sauce. It looks like it was poured from the bowl into the to go container we were very much looking forward to enjoying dinner tonight it is very sad and frustrating when we get our food and it's not what we expected The quality of the food reflects and the cooks, and it comes across and shows as lack of effort. I'm 100% sure that when you go out to eat you have certain expectations of service and food quality. I would think that you would want your customers to to have a good experience customers that dine in the restaurant and have their food picked and or delivered we're very disappointed
