  Picked up my order at 8:48pm after placing it at 8:00pm just to find out they gave away my order the manager has the nerve to give attitude and tell me it’s gonna be another 20 mins for my damn order dosent even apologize or explain what happen it had to be her cashier to explain what happen instead of her dosent even offer a discount or anything funny never coming back honestly

  Worst wing stop in town. Every single time we order, they forget something. Whether it’s the fries or a certain wing order. It’s ridiculous. Brought it to managers attention and they didn’t seem too concerned. Horrible service at this wing stop.

  Amazing service, so kind and the food is always awesome! Me and my friends always come after a big event, they never are shy on portions. I love this place 10/10😩😩🙏

  Ordered bone in wings, boneless, fries, and veggies and I must say all of it was a disappointment, definitely not worth any of the money I spend. The food seemed like it was old reheated food. The wings and boneless were hard and dry, they barely had any sauce on them. The fries were not only cold but they were hard seemed like they had been standing there for a long time. The ranch was watery definitely sucked. Don't recommend.

  Okay but WHY does this Wingstop location feel like the Taylor’s Version of chicken wings?? 💚✨ 1. First of all, it’s literally so close to my house, which means I can avoid the emotional trauma and traffic chaos of the other location down Zaragoza. Like… no offense but I’m not trying to spend my entire era stuck at a red light. 🚗💨 2. After I eat, I get to go shopping at Sears which is basically my happy place. Wings AND shopping?? That’s what I call a love story, baby just say YES. 🛍️✨ 3. The staff here absolutely SLAYS. Like they actually care about the food and the customers. The other restaurant had me feeling like they were speedrunning their shift just to clock out early, and I was genuinely entering my “food poisoning era.” Not cute. 😭 4. The atmosphere here is EVERYTHING. The employees are always so nice, the tables are clean, and the vibes are immaculate. It’s giving main character energy every single time. 💅✨ Thank you to the Wingstop guys on Montwood for always making my day better. You belong with ME. 🫶🍗
