  If u wanna skip long lines just order for pick up at a certain time. I always get the boneless because they're so goooood omg and also the fries ♡

  I called many times , a man answered and keep me waiting 6 minutes then hung up, I called many times and placed me on hold and hung up on me again. His name is Robert. Then I went to the store and asked the cashier for Robert, and he said it’s me. I asked him why he hung up on me 🤷‍♀️ he said it was so busy . There was not even a client and there was only 2 bags on the shelf. I asked for a manager. What a surprise HE IS THE MANAGER!!!! At the moment he was taking my order the phone rings and he said this is Robert……… can you please hold and hung up, then another customer came in, and guess what? He didn’t answer the call . I don’t think Robert deserves to have a responsibility like that. If this person keeps working like that this store will be out of business soon.

  Desde el inicio, el personal se aferró a hablar únicamente en inglés, incluso cuando me dirigí a ellos en español. Esto me hizo preguntarme si realmente cuentan con personal bilingüe para atender a todos sus clientes de manera adecuada. Además, era mi primera vez ordenando en Wingstop y en ningún momento hubo disposición para explicarme cómo funcionaba el menú o la dinámica de la orden. En lugar de mostrar un poco de empatía y orientación, simplemente tomaron la orden y terminaron entregándola de forma incorrecta.

  Honestly I just came in just to get a drink. But the manage at store #73 was the best. I wasnt expecting such a kind gesture and I was so grateful. Thank you for making my day! Your friendly driver in blue! I am more than grateful! 😊
