  The guy at the counter helping clients is super rude. The guy that “Only works 1 day a week” shouldn’t be employed here any day of the week. He complained to several customers about everyone making Amazon returns, kept saying he only shops at stores to help the economy. Was saying out loud how he hasn’t made but 1 sale in the hour & half he’s been there today. If you don’t want to work here or help people then find a different job where you’re happy helping customers. He made everyone feel like he didn’t want us coming in for Amazon returns. Don’t know what his problem is but whether he likes it or not I will keep going back.

  Andy is always such a pleasant person to work with. He always greets with a smile and asks how the day is going. I always look for his friendly face when I am choosing this location.

  Andy is amazing. Every time I come in, he's professional, quick, and genuinely helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is packed right, shipped right, and that I leave confident my stuff is in good hands. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. If every UPS location had an Andy, shipping would be stress-free for everyone. Highly recommend this ups store because of Andy!

  Karan is absolutely amazing! He leads with kindness, respect, and professionalism, and always makes sure his team feels supported. His positive energy is contagious, and he goes above and beyond for both employees and customers. A truly outstanding manager!

  I used to use this location for Amazon returns and to ship items I sold through social media, but the prices here — and on base as well — have skyrocketed. Ever since the ownership changed, my experience has been a complete nightmare. I believe the owner’s name is Karan, and every interaction I’ve had with him at both locations has been uncomfortable. He constantly tries to upsell services or products I don’t need. His attitude comes across as very insincere and unprofessional. What concerns me most is the way he treats his employees. I’ve witnessed him yelling at an older employee multiple times, and the staff often look anxious and afraid, as if they are constantly being watched. It creates a very unpleasant environment for both employees and customers. Because of these experiences, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere and now use Postal Solutions for my shipping needs.
