  Peter was extremely helpful with my Amazon return. He took the time to educate me on how Amazon had sent me a note claiming they had given me a pre paid label but they hadn't. He pointed me in the right direction and carried my box back and forth to my truck. He even said he would happily assist when I came back once Amazon fixed their issue. He was so pleasant too. I went back today and the rest of the staff was the same way. What a great store.

  I went in to drop off an item I sold online, I was told the packaging I brought in myself was “unacceptable due to not meeting UPS testing standards approval”. I paid $10.00 + for a simple cardboard box. My item weighed less than 7 pounds plus maybe a pound or so from their overpriced cardboard box. At the time of dropping my package, it was weighed and put into their “UPS approved” cardboard box and I received a receipt for it, everything was fine until after delivery of my package to my customer. Where I was then charged an extra $13.05 for shipping because the carrier reported it weighed 17 pounds despite having been weighed at less than 8 pounds at the time of dropping it off!!!
