    Every mobile order made to this location sandwiches missing half of the toppings. Dont know if they have a supply problem on toppings or lack of employee effort on inventory managment

    Gurl with the red hair handle the situation professional after sandwiches were made incorrectly she re made then for us and that right there is great great customer service thank you 5 stars for food service and atmosphere

    Order mobile - Footlong Subway Club - Got my sandwich went back to work - Eating about half way through and it started tasting all mushy - Thought well maybe bread is wet - another bit and it started tasting like old dog food smells - Opened it up and the roast beef was all mushy like refried beans or dog food. - Went back to the store - Talked to the manager Crystal - Asked what was up with the sub. She say its how they cut the meat. sub defensive and rude. I asked if they served beans - because it had the consistency of refried beans Frijoles- She said "that's how we cut our meat" - I then said that's not my question. She finally agreed that it was disgusting after seeing the mound of nastiness and made me a new sub - without roast beef. - She really could have handled this better - super defensive and rude. The store owner should evaluate who they have working . Its subway don't take your job so seriously and think about if I was eating this - would I want to eat something that was probly days old - most likely this was the bottom of the container which they prepared days ago. Well - what ever happen to eat fresh. Subways now just a joke.

    Placed an order online, went to pick up my order and didn't realize until I dropped it off for my daughter that it was the wrong sandwich. Returned to let Subway know and was met with hostility by a teenage girl about being smart enough to check my order. They made me pay a 2ND TIME when they got it wrong. Dude, the kids that make up this work force need to do SOOOO much better. Bread, meat, veggie, cheese, its not calculus. Try better next time mijita.
