  Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two different subs — a grilled chicken and a spicy Italian — and was given TWO grilled chicken subs instead, both with incorrect ingredients. This is a basic order and it was still messed up completely. Because of their mistake, my brother ate one of the sandwiches thinking it was correct. I didn’t realize mine was also wrong until later because I was busy taking care of my baby. At that point, I had already lost my appetite and honestly didn’t even want to eat it anymore. When I called the store, I was told to bring the order back so it could be remade. I went out of my way to drive back, only to be told they would NOT fix it because the sandwich “matched the receipt.” That makes no sense — the issue wasn’t the receipt, it was that I was clearly given two of the same sandwich instead of what I ordered. The whole situation was handled poorly from start to finish. I paid for a correct order and did not receive one, and then was refused any real solution after going back. Very frustrating experience and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  The older lady of the two the one that wears glasses tends to grab the topping and smash down on the sandwich without trying to spread the ingredients out evenly. It happens every time she makes my sandwich. She is polite when she speaks but her actions are rude. Actions speak louder than words. Do better Subway.

  Terrible customer service. The lady got mad because my kid was undecided about what bread to get. Not the first time I notice this lady bad attitude.
