  Guy that helped me was in a horrible mood, had AirPods in and you could tell he didn’t wanna be there. Didn’t give full portions of meat and he had to scrape the meat off the side like it had just been sitting out all day. Veggies looked rotten and old. Horrible customer service.

  Gave the guy a coupon, even told him I wanted to use the coupon, and didn’t even apply it to my order, which I had to pay more than I wanted. Went back to the store, told them and all they gave me was the coupon back and no apology. These people need to be trained better.

  I placed an order online and went in to pick up my order. i then go to fill my drink and there is no ice. which is fine i understand ice machines break but i then asked for a bottled drink instead and the worker there made it seem like the biggest inconvenience to them. Do they expect their customers to just drink hot soda?! He then remarks to his coworker, “Ha called it!” And proceeds to tell me, “just grab whatever and let me know what you take”, with an attitude…Don’t work in the service industry if it’s too much for you to be a decent human being.
