    I got a coupon that's says 6"subway and a soda for 4.99 i end up paying 8 dlls I asked the employee why he said it's a weird coupon. AND THAT MANY CUSTOMERS HAD ASKED THE SAME QUESTION NO I SAID THIS IS WRONG!!! This is FRAUDE. Having a coupon that says A 6"subway and a soda for 4.99 and end up paying 8 dlls bc it's a "wierd" coupon NO THIS IS FRAUDE!!

    Ordering extra toppings here is a fun little guessing game—you select them, pay for them, and then wait to see if they actually show up (spoiler: they usually don’t). Consistency isn’t the issue… they’re consistently ignoring add-ons. Calling this place “sandwich artists” feels generous......maybe “minimalist sandwich creators” is more accurate.

    I had a very disturbing experience at this Subway location. An employee named Jacob became aggressive and unprofessional when I politely asked if he could adjust a few condiments on my online order. Instead of helping, he complained that it was “more work for him.” When I calmly told him I was just asking as a favor, his behavior escalated. He raised his voice, started yelling, and then called another employee to finish my order, leaving me halfway through the process. What made this situation even worse was that he made an inappropriate and offensive comment, saying that people like me — Latinos — are damaging this country. This was completely unacceptable, discriminatory, and made me feel deeply uncomfortable. I never disrespected him at any point. I simply asked for help. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in any business, especially one that serves a diverse community. I strongly recommend that management take immediate action, provide proper training, and ensure that no other customer is treated this way again. I expect this issue to be taken seriously.

    As we all see the quality, value and integrity in service almost nonexistent nowadays, Subway (at least at the Bob Hope location) has joined the bandwagon! So I remember Subway sandwiches were hearty, bountiful and delicious! Today, we ordered and received what looks like a veggie stuffed hotdog! The bread has been dwindled to half of the original size. As we inspected the sandwich, we couldn’t find the chicken!! Take a look for yourself in the picture. Another restaurant added to the list of being boycotted by us. We will try a couple of other locations to see if it’s just this location. To any employees or management at this location reading this review, do the right thing! Peace out to the Bob Hope location!
