    Staff is rude, they always close earlier than expected, quality on subs are not what is should be serve at a franchise, this franchise operator needs to be hands on or get a good manager to run it because is a bad experience

    Every time I come in here is something different, either thy are short staffed with r employee in a bad mood.and bad service. This time I arrived at 9:05 with a sign at the door saying “be back in 10 min, going to the restroom” so I waited 20 min for the kid to be done at the restroom break then had to knock at the door for them to notice I was waiting, then they opened and said the system was down. So I waited 30 min outside for no reason. Not recommended to come here at all. And I’m guessing the executive location is owned or mA aged by the same ppeople. Because is always the same quality of service

    The staff is super friendly, but what ruins this franchise is that they don’t take any offers or deals from the app or direct mail coupons, which I receive living .5 miles from this place. With that location, being so close to UTEP, a residential area, and hospitals, this is the most hostile business decision I’ve seen. No wonder it’s always empty. My bogo order went through the app, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was notified about this. What a waste of time. Stingy owners.

    The place is clean. Service is fast and friendly. The guy behind the counter had great work ethic. I had an issue with my order but they fixed it for me instantly. Keep up the good work 😎♥️
