  Drive Thru doesn't work. Toaster oven doesn't work. Soda fountain doesn't work. Ice makers are contaminated. Don't know why or how this ghetto location is even in business.

  There are always problems with the toaster at this branch: the bread isn't ready, and they get the orders wrong.

  Hola buenos días, les comparto mi experiencia en este establecimiento, llegué como eso de las 3:30 pm, el día viernes 4 de septiembre 2026, llegue por un pedido de delivery, a un que el pedido no estaba listo eso no fue problema, ya que entiendo que tienen que atender a más gente y además yo trabajo en un McDonald’s, el problema en realidad fue que me tuvieron esperando casi 40 minutos, además de que la chica que estaba haciendo la orden fue muy poco amable y todo el tiempo que me tuvo esperando se estaba burlando de mí junto con las demás chicas que trabajan en el establecimiento, no quise tomar video y hacer una evidencia de esos por qué la verdad no soy una persona conflictiva, pobre del cliente que tuvo que esperar casi una hora por su comida.

  Walked in to get two footlongs. We are aware the toaster is out so the gentleman heated up the protein in the microwave and got started on the veggies. He forgets about the protein and begins to close the sandwich and I have to remind him the sandwich is not done. I then requested him to heat up the cold bacon and he becomes upset. Another employee came out and tried to address the situation but was even more confused than the first employee. Whole ordeal took 10 minutes and neither sandwich was close to being ready. Do not come here unless you like being served by people who are confused about their entire menu. Truly awful experience.
