Ordered in the app, my order is ALWAYS wrong, get home and open it up and it is toasted when i didnt ask for that , today i ordered agaian, and I get there and its not ready, and she tells me she only has wheat bread and no ham, ( I ordered the italian bmt) I look in the oven where shes getting the bread from and I tell her Isnt the one on the top shelf white? (What I ordered) nd shes like NO (clearly it was, ) so im like ok, make it with what u have I already paid for it Its ridiculous u dont have what you should have as you are a Subway franchise, anywho.... she also affered to put turkey in place of the ham... I only took it cause it was already paid for.. Never Again!!

I don't remember the name of the lady that was working that day, but, for being by herself she did an efficient job and very quick, had a great experience while waiting for her to prepare my chicken teriyaki plus 5 more sandwiches
