  On Wednesday July 29, 2026 I ordered a lunch delivery (3 sandwiches) and paid $32 (including a $5 tip). This store only delivered two sandwiches but charged me for all three and refused to give me a refund or a credit. They blamed the Door Dash deliverer (Alex) for stealing the missing sandwich and instructed me to call them. I attempted to contact Door Dash three times yesterday, but could never talk to a human. Instead, each time, I was placed on hold and then the call dropped.

  They only had half the freezer working and were storing stuff in a freezer they said didn't work and refused to use products that were available saying we are not doing that right now.

  Cleaner and more updates then some of the other locations. More options in stock for the ingredients. Food case actually looked clean and organized. Employee was very kind, patient, and helpful.

  Just the fact that leo and jazlyn went above and beyond for my pregnant wife and i made a power statement this is our new favorite subway because we appreciate people like Leo n Jazlyn THANK YOU LEO N JAZZLYN KEEP WORKING HARD THE PEOPLE.I APPRECIATE YALL
