  I have had need of the FedEx 2 day letter service to send important documents at least 6 times in the last 2 months. Every delivery arrived on time. I used the Hawkins office, the personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and accurate. I recommend the FedEx office.

  FedEx Express driver never attempted delivery but claimed they did multiple times. I was working from home the weeks they "attempted" delivery, no door tags, no phone calls. I had to drive almost two hours (each direction) to El Paso because they were going to ship my important package back. Considered giving two stars because the people at the terminal were great, but I was very irritated the driver(s) did not do their job. And I used to work for FedEx.

  Shipped a friend in NC, 2 dozen of Tamales from El Modelo in Abq. The FedX guys in EPTX were awesome! When it absolutely, positively has to be there...
