  Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with DHL. My package was supposed to be delivered TODAY. I called this morning and was told it probably wouldn’t be delivered until Monday because the trucks were already “out for delivery.” At around 10:00 AM, we decided to go to the DHL location ourselves to pick up the package because it is URGENT. The employee there told us the package was ALREADY with the driver and assured us it would be delivered TODAY. Now, all of a sudden, I’m being told I have to go BACK to the location to pick it up myself. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. We went out of our way this morning to pick it up specifically because the package is urgent, only to be turned away and told it was already out for delivery. Now we’re expected to make another trip because of DHL’s poor communication and misinformation. Specifically, the Spur location.

  Be careful with DHL. For some reason, they keep delivering packages to the wrong address. This is the second time it has happened to me in a short period of time. This time, they left my package at my neighbor’s house. I knocked on the door, but no one answered, so I took the package that was within reach because I knew it was mine. Two hours later, I had the police at my house, and I had to prove that DHL had delivered the package to the wrong address and that it actually belonged to me. Honestly, DHL needs to do better. Delivering packages to the wrong address is one thing, but having the customer deal with the consequences of their mistake is completely unacceptable. This has happened to me twice now in a very short period of time. DHL do your job
