  Hi Ozzy, just wanted to bring it to your attention that your employee Jaqueline S. Likes to engage in an illegal practice called cramming, that’s against FCC laws. I went in to get a phone on a PPP, and Jaqueline took it upon her to get herself extra items on my dime all without telling me and also going so far as to extremely gouge out the prices on the items I did ask for. One of which wasn’t the item that was for my actual phone. But in other words. She committed billing fraud on my account. And when I stopped by today to address it with the manager, when I asked the other employee who was at the counter for a copy of my receipt, he tried to make me believe that receipts only printed in the back room. I’m guessing she assumed I couldn’t tell they were going to circle the wagons. It was almost like pulling teeth getting them to hand me my receipt. Further more when I pointed out to the manager that Jaqueline had added insurance to my phone both without my asking and without telling me. Which again, it’s cramming, and it’s illegal, the manager ignored me and as of this point today, that extra charge is still on my phone.
