  I am extremely disappointed by the conduct of one of your employees, Jessica P. I have already filed a police report regarding this matter and will also be filing a formal complaint with your corporate office. Jessica P.‘s behavior has been unprofessional and unacceptable. Due to personal beliefs and unrelated past issues, she allegedly photographed me with her personal iPhone while at work and then disclosed my private information—including my home address, my phone number, and my family’s phone numbers—to individuals outside of your company. I also have evidence that she has been sharing photographs of me through social media and with people she associates with. This conduct raises serious concerns regarding employee professionalism, customer privacy, and the protection of personal information. I expect your company to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action if the allegations are substantiated. My attorney will also be reviewing this matter, and I intend to pursue all appropriate legal avenues. I respectfully request that this complaint be addressed as soon as possible and that I be informed of the outcome of your investigation. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter.
