  Went to 2 different locations and they were not able to help me out with my phone not working anymore because it "was 3g" when in reality it was a compatible phone for the new 5g. Montserrat was very knowledgeable, was able to answer and give us different options we could go with, but ended up solving our problem. 5 stars to her!
