I came to this location only for the store to be closed earlier than the website and time on the door said. I'm very upset that I went out of my way to drive all the way from the Downtown area just to pay my phone since it's one of the few stores in the area open till 8pm which works with my schedule. I showed up 20 minutes before only for the lights outside to be off but the lights on the inside were on. I knocked on the door and no one came. So I walked back to my car only to see a young lady walk out from the back after I'm assuming she thought I was "gone". I'm not one to complain but come on if your closing time says 8pm then be open till 8pm! If it wasn't for online pay I wouldn't have my phone in service. Get it together.
