  4 years ago a clerk called Bryan T. insulted my dad very badly just because my dad said that he was overcharged $25 when he bought a new phone, be careful with your customer service and don't hire gangsters as clerks, there are always many issues with this particular store

  No hay menos calificación si no se las daba hable al servicio al cliente ya que me bloquearon los teléfonos y me dijieron que en una tienda me podrian ayudar ya fui a 2 sucursales y no nomas no, agarre 2 teléfonos Motorola para mis hijas y dure pagando 7 meses las líneas y los teléfonos están libres de IMEI para cualquier sim y resulta que le activaron la aplicación de criket que no te deja usar el teléfono y nadie me solucionó no lo recomiendo es un robo comprar algo para después ser bloqueado el peor servicio no les recomiendo para nada ningún promoción de este lugar no gastes tu dinero aqui

  Bought new phone from Cricket Aug. 6, 2021. Phone went bad after few days. Was asked to return under Warranty, was sent a refurbished, locked after DOWNLOADING updates. Returned to store and refused to exchange after paying for new one . Basically told I was screwed . Not even 30 days !

  Worst customer service, talked to Mr. Guadian and got nothing solved. He seems frustrated....he might need a girlfriend. Suggested to download tinder, but I just made it worse. Never coming back...unless he gets a chick and a better attitude. Thank you for wasting your time reading my review! 🤟
