  AVOID I would give them a 0 star rating, as company policy says items can be returned within 45 days after purchase, but this place one of the workers had informed me they don’t take tools back, even if it wasn’t used because it couldn’t even fit on my vehicle, the box isn’t destroyed and I bought the tool yesterday which are normally apart of their loaner program thing they have. This is a auto parts store I almost never goto and they just solidified my reason as to why I won’t goto another one of these again, O Reilly and advanced auto parts are legit walking distance And then seem to be an honest business

  Came to get a part for the store I work at and the guy at counter long hair glasses initials (JV) was very helpful!!! He made sure everything was secure for my way back to the shop.

  The lady that took care of me Monica was very nice and helpful also knowledgeable. she took the time to explain everything helped with putting my windshield wipers on my car and with my purchase of the oil bundle. She went beyond that and showed me how to apply for my gift card I was very impressed all three employees helped out in a joint effort to help me and that is great customer service.
