  We stayed there few days ago walked in the lights was off at the desk u have to ring a bell the smell wasn’t to pleasant. We was gone a lot and usually I put my thing on the door but couldn’t find it so housekeeping came in only put a few towels nothing else I went to take my medicine and my pain pills bottle was empty I had knee surgery few weeks ago these were prescribed by a dr for pain they took everyone of them I hope this is taken care of immediately will never stay there agin very disappointed probably went through our others stuff too .

  If there was a zero star option I would select it. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Whole placed smelt bad. Toilet and shower was acting up. The breakfast was a joke. Food was awful and they didnt even have the coffee machine filled, didnt help that gnats were flying around. No lights in the parking lot, room keys stopped working twice, hardly any staff around and to top it off the guests I was staying with had medication taking from the bag by the cleaning staff. This placed should be shut down immediately. I've seen dark back alleys more inviting then this place. Zero Stars!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

  The room was fine fine but the fact that they charges me and my husband an additional $250 for a smoking fee was invalid and they have argued about refunding it. My husband did not smoke in that room at all! I can’t stand the smell myself! You can clearly see him going outside on the cameras also to smoke in the designated smoking area!!!! Is body may have smelt like smoke but the rules were followed and no smoking in the room ever!!! That should have been discussed before you just charge people like that and then not refund it!!!!! Never will go back again!

  I’m a Best western rewards member and have been traveling for 17 years + (job related) prior to retirement and I have never had a bad visit with Best Western, but this was the most HORRIBLE experience (see pic) I have ever had. Staff never around, man lounging/sleeping in stairwell ( see pic and we had kids )Clock broke, couch stained, shower head broke,towels in t terrible shape,window has some kind of kind of film or stain visible on it, trash overflowing outside in the front as you enter the hotel (forgot to take pic). When breakfast was out, it was never replenished ( between listed hours). Pool was not operable until later in the year I think they said July or August 🤦🏾‍♀️and we stayed there the early part of June kids were not happy. I was so DISAPPOINTED words can’t even describe my frustration. If you go PLEASE PLEASR beware , because I think under the surface there’s some strange things going on there ( speaking from my professional opinion). BE CAREFUL, SAFE and be on guard. Pics will not download for some reason ( I been trying for about an hour). In any event,TRUST what I’m telling you. Retired and living life after 😊 🙏🏽🙏🏽

  We stayed for two nights and only saw an employee during check-in. After that, there was no visible staff available. The website advertises breakfast, but none was provided during our stay. It also shows a pool, which was empty and clearly not in use. Overall, the property does not match what is being advertised. It feels like the place is not being actively managed or maintained. I would recommend confirming amenities before booking.
