  They got our order wrong, and forgot the fries. We called and spoke to a manager, who was very helpful. We were told they would replace the 45 wings, and the fries. Since it would be a good 20 min drive back to wingstop to trade in the wings we could pick up the full order within three weeks. All we had to do was ask for the manager, and they would take care of us. Called to get the order since we were in the area. Spoke to Victor, we were told that since we didnt bring back the order he could only give us 20 wings and fries. I told him we had been told by another manager that we would be given the 45 wings they got wrong. He said it makes no sense to give you the full order since we didnt return the wings, and the lady we spoke to wasn't a manager so he wasn't going to honor the agreement. I asked for my money back and was told no it wasn't his fault the order was wrong.

  If I could make it zero stars I would . Would’ve thought that at 11 there would be better service since they just opened at 10:30 but instead everyone is just on their phones not even wanting to attend . Coke machine wasn’t giving ice when I asked the worker man that was behind the counter on the phone for help he seemed bother he was even getting asked for help then further said that machine was just broken that there wasn’t ice . Horrible . Not to mention the front register .
