I have used Subway’s delivery service through the app on two separate occasions, and both experiences were extremely disappointing.
During my first order, I ordered a tuna sub but instead received a meatball sub. When I called the store to explain that the wrong item had been given to the delivery driver, I also explained that I did not have transportation to return to the store and was hoping to find an alternative solution. The employee simply responded, “Whoever gave you that order was just wrong, but I don’t know what to do.” When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that no manager was available at the time.
Unfortunately, my second experience was not much better. My order arrived with the wrong bread selection and incorrect chips. Once again, when I contacted the store, no meaningful resolution was offered. I was not provided a replacement, store credit, refund, or any other attempt to correct the mistake.
Considering the current cost of these sandwiches, customers should reasonably expect both accurate orders and a willingness to resolve issues when they arise.

Everything was awesome more importantly loved that they were open later my pregnant self wanted subway late night almost.lol so much so I left my phone as a trade even better that had it ready for me when I realized and came back for it.

terrible service, lady taking my order was upset at a different employee and was giving attitude to everyone, even rolling her eyes when taking my order. absolutely horrendous service by her.

If I could give this a 0 star, I would. Whole experience was HORRENDOUS, to say the least. Order was placed at 6:12pm through Uber eats, it took so long our 1st Uber driver cancelled. We called the store 4 times and never got through with anyone. Text our 2nd Uber driver, and he was MORE hemp than. The employees at this store. He was able to tell us that they were still working on our order, at 7:30pm. Now, the food: HORRIBLE. Orders were wrong, 4 out of the 5 items ordered were wrong. Sandwiches falling apart, no chicken on one of them, even though we ordered chicken. Another one had jalapeños even though I did not ask for it. The 3rd had weird black stains in wrapper and no one touched that one. The cookies were wrong flavors. The subs in general were cold and bread was ready hard, like they were standing there for a long time. Uber was more helpful than Subway. Avoid this place, cause honestly it sucks. Still have yet to get through to speak to someone at store. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...
