  Up until 10 minutes ago my experience has been great, but it only takes 1 bad apple to spoil it for the customer. Melissa has been amazing working through my policy being patient and writing it for me she listened and paid attention and worked up the policy I needed and was in budget. I spent two hours trying to reach you today because your phones are set to go to corporate where when I finally reached someone it was a call center in another country(not the customer service I expected) then Melissa reached out and got me to the lady I was speaking with Jennifer and honestly I should give a 1 star or none. Her attitude and phone voice was dismissive and short when she could not control the conversation very displeased with her help and frankly just a poor attitude in general. I was not happy with the handover but Melissa was clear and genuine about the reason behind it and I expected to have the same courteous and professional attitude and was wrong. I hope you have more like Melissa in your office and no one else like Jennifer. The phone does not hide sighs or displeasure in a voice. Which is why many people today prefer texting, it stale and simple no personalities involved. But in customer service or any service industry it's very important that your team all echo the same customer service you would expect customer to receive. Thank you

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Ernie. He made the insurance process a walk in the park. Friendly, knowledgeable, very patient, and always ready to tackle my questions (which I had a ton of). I highly recommend Allstate to anyone looking for an insurance agency that puts customers first.

  Izza was a wonderful help for me to transition all of our policies from home, vehicle, and RV to Allstate. As you can imagine, this was a big jump for us but she made it painless and walked me through every step. She’s was an amazing help. Thank you, Izza!!
