  I went about 3 weeks ago and I just want to say that Arely was super helpful! I was trying to get my uncles phone number due to him going through legal process and Arely took her time in helping me, explaining the plans and setting up the phone! Arely was super helpful, attentive and outgoing. Angela was great too and very supportive when I went back for technical support. Overall i would recommend this store to anyone and ask for Arely and Angela!!!

  Arely did an outstanding job! She went above and beyond in assisting me with setting up parental controls for my daughter. She was incredibly kind, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. Not only did she patiently help me with everything I needed, but she also took the time to fix the screen protector on my phone. Her exceptional customer service, friendly attitude, and willingness to help made the experience truly enjoyable. Arely is a tremendous asset, and I greatly appreciate her dedication and outstanding support!
