  Stated they can help with canceling a phone line. Upon arrival didnt do anything but said we have to call ourselves. What good is a company when they can't help except give out another phone number to call to do their work.

  Never heard of a store that LOCKS ITS DOORS 30 minutes before the stated closing time. If you don't want to have any business, just CLOSE THE STORE ALL TOGETHER.
