⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mia is AMAZING!!! I came in completely lost trying to ship two packages, had messed up the labels, and honestly had no idea what I was doing. She was incredibly patient, walked me through EVERYTHING, fixed my mistakes, and made the whole process so easy. Seriously, Mia deserves a raise, a trophy, and her own billboard. Customer service like this is rare! UPS is lucky to have her. 10/10, 5 stars, would absolutely recommend!
