They have great customer service skills and are the life of the BX food court. The food is made daily, and always is a treat to interact with their employees.

Terrible service. Lady was not at the counter and sitting at the food court on her phone, occasionally looking at me. Had to ask her if she was open for her to actually move. Had to repeat order multiple times. Then yelled at me for ‘not speaking up’. I wound up yelling my order at her. Did not put ingredients thats in the name of the sandwich I was getting. Gave me so much attitude when I asked for said ingredients. And when it came down to put said ingredients, put an incredibly tiny amount despite literally being man component of sandwich. This isn’t first time I’ve encountered her. Please change worker

The customer service was horrible. I said hello to the lady twice and never got a response. She then came up to the counter and had attitude like I was being an inconvenience. I left, worst Subway I've ever been to. This was Sunday Jan 11 2015 at 11am.
