I am here right now at 12:12 as I type this, they are telling people who are calling and in store they are closed and can't place orders because they've closed their registers A WHOLE HOUR EARLY. I see that they are doing construction but if that is changing your hours post that online or on your doors. There is no reason to lie and turn people away very rudely if I may ask.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Wingstop location today. I was supposed to be charged $10 for my order, but my card was charged $30 instead. When I brought it to their attention, the situation was handled very unprofessionally. On top of that, they attempted to charge my card an additional $10 even after the incorrect $30 charge had already gone through.
The only explanation I was given was about whether I used a credit or debit card and that I would need to contact my bank to get my money back. There was no apology and no attempt to offer a discount or any kind of resolution for the inconvenience.
I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was disappointing. I expected better customer service and basic professionalism.
