  Love this location. Team members are always friendly and welcome you as you enter the store. You don't see much of that these days. If you need assistance the team are always willing and on standby to assist.

  The customer service provided in store is always stress free. I was given options for my shipment request and it helped me make my final decision.

  Do not go here or trust UPS with your valuable shipments. I paid extra for expedited shipping and insurance, yet UPS mishandled my package and forced me to pay to ship it a second time. I was told I would be reimbursed, but UPS later refused to honor that. When I disputed the charge, they completely ignored the actual issue and responded as if I was complaining about the second shipment being delivered—which was never the problem. The lack of accountability and the hours spent being passed between representatives made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I expected much better from UPS.

  I love coming to this location as opposed to the location right across from my neighborhood in Cedar Hill. The staff is always pleasant and the service is quick and efficient! The store is also very clean and smells amazing. Danielle is always very welcoming from the moment I walk in the door and despite how busy they were and very little employees, she completed every task I gave with a smile on her face all while helping other employees when needed. She is the true definition of customer service. The only negative thing is I witnessed the taller Hispanic guy hitting his vape pen in the front. He could’ve at least walked out of customer’s view or went outside like the manager does!
