We ordered a spicy italian and a chipotle steak sandwich… i asked in the additional information for the italian to be double toasted due to me being pregnant and needing the meat to be cooked… it wasn’t toasted even once, i also paid extra for avocado and there was none on it.
the chipotle steak had no meat on it… photo attached, it looks completely smashed, and it’s only sauce and veggies..
i ordered through the app, so i’m not sure how to report it, but it’s crazy.

We arrived at the place at 8:48 pm and they turn off the lights and locked the door . Look on line what time they close and it closes at 10pm.

When it’s not one thing is the other, I’ve been buying here for a while usually the last at least five times they’re either get it wrong or it’s not ready or they don’t have the bread I ordered. Today will be the last day I ordered from this location. Unacceptable.
The person helping was nice however, it was difficult to communicate with them as their English was not well enough to communicate ended up using Google translate to communicate with caused delays in payment as well as a line being created with other customers waiting. She did apologize for the delay as she was the only one onsite. I believe someone should always have a coworker or manager onsite to help with customers in store

The lady was very nice and the food was very good
