    I had not been to this Subway in a long time. The service was good the food area was clean and my sandwich was good

    Today is 05/30/26, my 4th Saturday in a row, the older hispanic lady who works here on Saturday's is horrible. Everytime just a ugly attitude, dont speak when you come in, shes unpleasant when making the sandwich. I believe in tipping but will NEVER tip her rude self a dime. Just ugly. Crazy part, right before I walked in, I prepared myself for her rude energy, but this was the last Saturday.

    I gave this rating today because there was only one worker at 12:30. Only two kinds of chips available and you could tell she was worn out already. I repeated what I wanted three times. When you leave people solo they quit on you. This is the subway I frequent often. Three to four times a month. Do better please!

    I hope o have the right name cause I’m bad with names at times, but I stopped by today during the 12pm lunch rush and Cindy(Hispanic young lady) was all by herself managing a lobby full of customers not to mention a big order she was already working on. She communicated with the customers and explained the situation and apologized for us. While I don’t think the staffing problem is something she should apologize for I truly appreciated her communication. I’ve worked fast food before and it’s so easy to get overwhelmed when you are by yourself but she moved through it quickly and happily and didn’t complain once while I was there. Please give her a raise.
