    Some of the rudest people working at this location. They’ll try their best to ignore you and when they finally decide to acknowledge you they act like you asking a question is the most annoying thing in the world. They want to do as little to help you as possible.

    10 people in line waiting for 2 business women using the 2 available kiosks. After 5 minutes Andrew becomes free at the front counter and refuses to scan a fully labeled and boxed item. Not a return, not Amazon, something I printed at home and just needed a receipt for dropoff. NOPE! So 10 people wait while an employee refuses service because now you HAVE to self service? Somehow I think Andrew got it wrong, or at least I hope so. Where is management in this store? Train these people in service already. 10 people waiting!

    Booked a notary service online. It was confirmed. Got there at the scheduled time and they told me they don't do provide that service.

    Very disappointing experience. The staff here seemed irritated from the moment I walked in and provided little to no customer support. It honestly felt like they didn’t want to be bothered helping customers at all. The location is convenient, but the poor attitude and lack of service make it not worth returning. Just get more machines and remove the human element if they are going to act like a machine.

    The shorts that I purchased online were the wrong ones. I went to return it at this location. They went against their business rules and took my shorts to hold onto them. Was told I would get a call from them. My shorts were either thrown away, being used by one of the employees, or sold online. They refused to give me money back for the shorts as they were nearly $75 from Under Armor. They told me that they had never seen shorts here ever. I knew the manager was lying to me on the phone. So I went ahead and reported this UPS store to the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this location. Some or most of the employees will take your items and try to sell it for cash. The post office is more reliable and trustworthy.
