  Wanted to cancel 2 lines n keep one line open.. was told I couldn't that I would have to cancel all lines and open a new line since they were all linked to one account. Went to an other store and told them the same thing and they was like sure all u gotta do is dial 611 and talk to a representative. I dialed 611 talked to customer service canceled the 2 lines and kept the one i wanted. Told them I went to another store and they told me I had to cancel everything and open a new line since everything was in one account. They automatically said.. "let me guess the Donna store" said yupp. They told me it's cuz they earn commission when you open a new line.. true or not true I wouldn't know. Or maybe the employee's in the Donna store need more knowledge. But if u wanna cancel lines and keep just one just Dial 611 and talk to customer service. Hopefully this information helps someone

  I was extremely impressed with the offer and deal given to me for the iPhone 16 e. I switched back to my family's plan and left Boost mobile due to network and other reasons. Today all my questions and concerns were all solved with the help and support provided by Samuel. He has excellent customer service skills and gets things done in a timely manner along with his knowledge on all Cricket products and offers. Sam resolved all my issues and I walked out happy and satisfied without breaking the bank.
