  My stay was great, but it was the customer service by Ruby, the front desk attendant, when she went above and beyond to get me my medicine I left in the refrigerator. She had it at the Post Office shortly after I checked out and at my home 4 days later!

  What a dump. The elevator was broken and we had to haul our luggage up three floors. There was smashed food and trash all inside the stairwell. There is no snack bar or any way to buy any type of food in the lobby. This place is just a multi-level version of a motel 6.

  Awesome hotel!! Room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk reception Ruby was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and such a joy to talk to! Recommended this hotel very much!!

  Stayed at Best Western Plus in Dilley, TX and had a really good experience. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and even makeup towels which was a nice touch. The pool area was clean, handicap accessible, and they provided separate pool towels so you didn’t have to use the room towels. Breakfast was modest but good, and the coffee machine had plenty of options. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay again.
