  Over 100° and asked for 1 or 2 empty cups for ice, employee wanted to charge me $5.. I can see maybe a dollar or two,no problem /i get paying something for the cup but disagree with charging me the same as if I'm buying two large sodas. Honestly this isn't the first time there have been issues at this location

  Tip and Elena were great. They made my sandwich in a timely manner. very kind with smile on their faces when I arrived.

  I walked in, the atmosphere felt very tense and we weren’t greeted even after I said hello to the guy that was making online orders; the whole experience didn’t feel welcoming at all. It was really really hot inside even though they had 3 ceiling fans. The lady that made my order didn’t cut me a 6 inch it was more of a 4 inch. Bread was stale and the meat and toppings were just thrown on there. I got a text so I also secretly snapped a photo of the super brown guacamole. It wasn’t the best experience I wanted for my birthday lunch.

  Got a wrap at this location they said it had to be made as is. I asked for salt and pepper and they said they can't add anything to it. Then stated "Do you want the wrap or not" poor customer service. Terrible
