  They will scam you! My grandma took in her phone (iPhone 13) that needed a software update (she doesn’t know much about phones) and they told her her phone was broken and unfixable. They proceeded to sell her a iPhone 16e instead and then denied her a refund when my sister checked her old phone and found it wasn’t anywhere near broken! On top of that, they said they threw in some wireless earbuds for free, they didn’t! They charged her for the earbuds and didn’t even put them in the bag! Told her repeatedly her finance bill was 700$ while it was actually 1100$. Accused her of stealing the earbuds and we threatened to pull cameras, after which they went pale in the face and proceeded to give her the earbuds back. It took us two days of being ran in a circle until we called non emergency 911 and got a cop to be on site while we handled the refund process. Magically, they reactivated her old phone, refunded the new one, and had no apologies to give. You don’t do this to people, especially elderly people. I strongly advise EVERYBODY to go to a different provider/store. THEY WILL SCAM YOU HERE!
