  The menu doesn't have any of the bread flavors or drink flavors listed and it's a lot of unnecessary communication and chatter back and forth making it frustrating, it could be easier if it were all plainly visible, for both retailer and custo. This location also hardly ever had any clientele and that makes me wonder as to why.

  I have been coming to this Subway in Diana for two years and it’s always good. The people who work there are always nice and friendly. The store is so clean and comfortable. My favorite is the BMT toasted on wheat with a Pepsi Zero and 2 cookies. Sometimes they get really busy so you just have to be patient but they have free Wi-Fi so you can sit and play on your phone while you wait.

  Store not busy and still takes an hour to get your food made. Will start going to longview or gilmer if i have to

  You couldn’t pay me to eat here again. My mom & I received food poisoning from their chicken sandwiches. Called the store to let them know, the worker immediately stopped conversation and told me to call the office in Longview. Called the office and she basically accused me of lying and told me “hmm no one else has called that in” so she took my name/number and told me she’d have “investigate” before refunding me. (I ordered $45 worth of food) never received a call back but I wasn’t expecting to. I wasn’t even going to make a review but after the way they treated me they deserved one.
