  I came to DHL to ship my package, and Preet made the entire process fast, easy, and pleasant. I was so impressed by her excellent customer service that I offered her a Starbucks coffee as a thank-you. She kindly declined and said, “No thank you, Ma’am. This is my job—to make sure you are satisfied. I work for a great company that gives us good pay to provide good customer service.” I was truly impressed by her positive attitude, professionalism, and loyalty toward DHL.Thank you, Preet, for making my experience so positive

  TERRIBLE SERVICE! Really bad services! Send sandals from Brazil to United States, they mixed up labels… I got someone else package with my name on the box, I got pants and shirts and when I pull the label could proof that actually has never been my package. 24h ALREADY and no one does shit! There was only one employee trying to help me, Lula. I’m still waiting for an update about MY package. I even payed for TAXES for the wrong package… DHL sucks!
