  Horrible place to go, I went to this cricket for Information and hispanic woman working here does not know any basic information when asked. Terrible experience! I came over here on May 13, 2026 at 1150am! Woman was Also sitting on steps to floor inside, she should atleast have a chair there and be more professional. Terrible Experience, it seems either she does not know how to work here or she is just plain lazy and does not want to work....horrible service, do not come here!

  It would be best if you were to hire people that know about phones because I’ve been to a few locations and none of them know anything about funds. I’ve lost information on my phone because they know nothing. It cost me 3999 to reboot reset my husbands phone because your people misled him and we’re on a limited income and this is not proper ethics for a store to hire people that know nothing about phones or what they’re talking about.
